Blinds in La Salut: upper Badalona
La Salut sits at a higher elevation than central Badalona, making it slightly more exposed to the north wind coming down from the hills. On north-west-facing façades it is not uncommon to find bent aluminium slats after tramuntana episodes, especially on upper floors. The most frequent problem, however, remains mechanical wear: broken straps and worn-out winders in flats that have had no servicing since they were built.
In blocks with a concierge or well-organised residents”” associations, it is common for several neighbours to take advantage of the technician””s visit to have their own blinds checked at the same time. We coordinate visits within the same building at no extra charge.
