Blinds in a historic quarter: old buildings and renovations
Dalt de la Vila contains some of Badalona’s oldest buildings, with blinds that in many cases are the originals from when the building was constructed. It is common to find mechanisms with several problems at once: rotted strap, seized winder and cracked or broken slats. In flats undergoing renovation, a full blind replacement is usually the most sensible option.
Access to some flats in the historic quarter can be trickier due to narrow streets, but our technicians know the area well and it is never a problem.
