Most common blind faults in Sant Joan Despí
Sant Joan Despí has a fairly balanced housing mix between apartment blocks — mainly in the town centre and Can Cadena — and terraced houses in developments such as Mas Llombard and the Golf area. Each type generates different faults.
In the town-centre blocks, the most common problem is a worn strap or winder. These are 1970s–90s buildings where the mechanisms have gone for years without servicing. It is common for the resident to have been pulling the strap harder and harder for some time before it finally gives.
In the terraced-house developments, the typical problem is large-format aluminium blinds that have lost their balance. In two-storey properties with large living-room windows, the weight of the blind on the axle causes it to become hard to raise or drop on its own over the years. The most permanent solution in these cases is usually motorisation.

FAQs
Can I get a quote without the technician coming out?
We can give you a rough estimate if you describe the problem by phone or WhatsApp. The final price is confirmed when the technician sees the blind in person, before starting any work.
Do you also work on commercial premises?
Yes. We serve both homes and commercial premises. For shops with a security emergency — blind that won””t close — we give them the same priority as domestic emergencies.
