We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact channels available on the Website (phone, WhatsApp or email):
- Name and phone / email: to handle your service request or quote.
- Property address: solely to enable the technician to travel to your location.
We do not collect sensitive data or carry out automated profiling.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), as well as the legitimate interest of the controller in handling enquiries and communications (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
